We got your save the date! What should we do now?
Yay! We wanted to send our Save the Dates early, so you can begin planning your accommodations to California. We have listed suggested hotels that have rooms available to book now. (Two of which have room blocks! Woo!)
As for flights, why don’t you go ahead and set your alerts!
Speaking of flights, where should I fly into?
Our wedding weekend will take place in Del Mar, California. We suggest you fly into San Diego International Airport.
Should I plan to come for two nights?
Yes! We have a Welcome Fiesta planned for Friday night, a day of wedding excitement on Saturday (followed by an after party that we expect to trickle into the wee hours of the morning), and lunch/bites at a local brewery on Sunday. A weekend packed full of fun, if you will.
What about transportation to the wedding?
All transportation will be provided to and from our wedding venue. The wedding venue is about 20 minutes from Del Mar, in Rancho Santa Fe. We will have shuttles pickup up guests at your hotels, taking you to our wedding venue. We will also have transportation picking you up from the venue to take you back to Del Mar for our ~ fabulous ~ after party. If you’re pooped and want to call it a night, the shuttles will be making stops at the hotels, too.
*Note: Driving to our venue is NOT permitted as there is no parking available. Your options are to either take our shuttles (which we strongly suggest!) or Uber.
Can My Kids Come?
We love your kids! But, we thought you might like a weekend off to soak up the California sun. Adults only, please!
